  Paid $370 Nov 5 for a fall cleanup that was never done. Promised four times over the winter it would be done that week but was never done. Asked for more money today to do a spring clean up and the refused a refund for the work not performed. They did offer to do the work this week March 4…..do not pay them in advance…

  Hello Chris. We are sorry that you feel this way about our work performance. We have been servicing the Bear Rocks area for a long time and never had any issues. As we stated on the phone, the work was done when you had mentioned it to us after the first cleanup (you paid $370 for two of them). We had two of our reliable employees go out and do the work. Also, we don't like to leave customers unsatisfied hence the reason we said we would do it again for you tomorrow free of charge (not only around the house but the house, driveway the entire place). If we can do anything else at the moment for you or perhaps go out and do a full cleanup like we mentioned , please do not hesitate to let us know. Again we apologize but thank you for your input.
