  I have asked Lee’s for 3 weeks now to please come and determine a trade in value of my current mower, so I can purchase a new mower. For three consecutive weeks I’ve been told that their delivery driver and appraiser for trades is a bus driver and is just extremely busy and they cannot give me a date, nor do they call and let you know they’re still working on getting you an appraisal. Sadly, I’m done trying to buy a new mower from Lee’s… makes me wonder how their service would be. “I’ll find someone else who understands customer service and wants my business”

  They are so helpful everytime we go in there and kind!! We live in Lima and drive to New Haven to this store when we need parts for our lawn mower or anything else!! Great store!! They hv what your looking for!
