  After 18 months of Le Perv service, the place looks terrible; weeds, patchy lawn growth and poor trimming. We contracted for a complete update of the irrigation system. The work was done poorly, and several re-visits required, but still it is not correct. The owner claims we are difficult clients; difficult for expecting contracted work to be completed!

  Unfortunately, Stephanie was a very difficult, demanding and uniformed client. We signed a contract that specified exactly what work would be done on her irrigation system. We completed all of the work and even went above and beyond the scope of the contract. We walked the property with her and her husband who accepted the final product. Since then they have repeatedly asked why work outside the scope of the contract was not also done. The irrigation system that we installed works perfectly. I have had to direct them to read the contract that they signed multiple times to no avail. Her husband was verbally abuse to one of our employees who stated he would not go back to the property again. We had to terminate them as a client and this is the result. Now if there was only a Yelp to leave reviews of clients where I could leave Stephanie and her husband a one star review.

  Great experience and outcome with removing an failing retaining wall and a ton of foliage and replacing the wall. Clarke was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry and kept us informed throughout the process. His estimate was fair, and his workers were prompt and worked quickly. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

  Le Perv Landscape did a wonderful job on transforming our front yard. Our yard was overgrown and in need of a face lift. From the design to completion, we could not be happier. We liked working with Clarke on the design and the crew did a great job of bring the design to life. Our neighbors are driving by and giving us the thumbs ups. I would highly recommend Le Perv to anyone.
