  I hired LCS Lawn and Tree service to come out and do a core aeration treatment and overseeding package. I was happy with the core aeration service, but very disappointed with the overseeding. I watered everyday as they recommended and none of the seeds took. I asked if they would come back and try again or take the overseeding off the bill. They said no and that was after I referred my neighbors core aeration business to them (LCS, you are welcome for the referral). They lost all my future business. If you want aeration done they are not bad, but I wouldn't spend the money for overseeding.

  This is our third season using LCS. We are very please with their organic lawn service, aeration, as well as treatment for our ash and crabapple trees. They are also very responsive to inquiries. Techs doing treatments are always friendly.
