  Lee and the team from LC Property Maintenance did an amazing job with our landscape transformation, getting rid of "the jungle" in our backyard and replacing it with grass (hydroseed). The team was professional, hardworking and detail oriented. Once the excavation got started, we realized there were 4 layers of flower beds - surprise! Lee made sure to discuss the options with us as soon as it was discovered, and we proceeded with removing all 4 layers to ensure long term survival of the newly planted grass seed. He could have taken a short cut and covered the lower layers below grade with top soil without me knowing to save time and stick to the original scope, but he was more concerned with taking the time to do the job right and full disclosure to his customer, than moving on to the next job. A great testament to the quality of work and professionalism you will receive from LC Property Maintenance. We highly recommend LC Property Maintenance for your landscape and property transformation needs!

  Lee, Dan and the crew are very good, honest and hard working. LC mows my lawn, does all the trimming, edging and mulching and special projects in between. Right now, we are getting ready to put in a bigger patio. I trust him and praise him for his knowledge and good taste. If you are considering a home or yard project… you will be very happy with Lee and LC Property Maintenance.

  Lee was very professional from the beginning. He knew what would look good and walked me through what he would do with our overgrown landscaping. He communicated with me throughout the process and was able to get the job done in one day. It looks stunning! His team was professional and nice and I’m glad I went with them.
