  I bought a autumn blaze and northern red oak from Lawrence Landscape. The guys did a great job and were very helpful giving me advice. I highly recommend them!

  Be prepared to be overcharged for inferior service! They did a sloppy job winterizing our irrigation system, so come spring we needed for them to come out rather than turn the sprinklers on ourselves (as we've always done in the past). They didn't show up at the first appointment, so we called to inquire. The next available appointment was one week out. I was worried they might not show at the 2nd scheduled appointment, so I called and they "worked us into the schedule." Two guys showed up. While they were here for just a few minutes, one guy turned two screws. We were charged $62.50 for the house call and for the "repair labor" time of two servicemen. We complained about the unreasonably high cost and they would not work with us to adjust the bill. We will never work with them again.

  Hi Rachel, thank you for reaching out. We understand your frustration and we apologize for missing the first appointment, as it was raining and our crews were not working that day. After shifting other appointments that week because of unworkable circumstances with the rain and lightning, we were able to get out to do service for you within 3 business days of the original appointment. During the winterization we leave all of the ports halfway open on the backflow device to keep it from freezing and bursting. This is a common practice with lawn and irrigation companies. Our maintenance manager had spoken to your husband and explained the process of winterizing. When creating the repair ticket, we did not know the situation or if we needed to make any major repairs so our two-man repair crew was sent to help get things going. Before we went out, we had explained our pricing and hourly rates to come out which was agreed to. As you can tell, we have all the challenges of scheduling a service with, the added challenges of being at the mercy of Mother Nature. We are especially proud of our irrigation repair technicians, who are certified by the state of Kansas in backflow repair and testing. In addition, we have five staff members who are part of less than the 1% earning the national CIT irrigation designation. We will do our best to communicate with our customers in a more timely matter moving forward. Thank you for your feedback.

  My wife have used Lawrence Landscape for numerous tasks...flower bed maintenance, sprinkler system work, tree and shrub removal: whatever needs doing. Without fail they have done great work, on time, and with courtesy. We have fired other companies and been disappointed by some, but Lawrwnce Landscape has been the best by far!!
