I don't recommend this company, they damaged my drain, I opened a complaint and nobody contacted me back , but they did charge me for that poor job. Seems like they are in a rush to complete jobs, so they don't care how poor the work is done.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is terrible! My fiancé and I purchased this companies fall clean up services before reading the reviews and let me tell you, every bad review on this company is correct. They were quick to take a credit card number over the phone and charge for their services before they even sent a crew out to actually do the lawn (which they never sent a crew once). The “manager” of the company constantly sent out emails stating they had to “fire” their crew and re-hire a new one so they rescheduled our service date 3 times but never actually came to clean up our yard. After being charged a second time with no services provided we sent in a complaint and they finally refunded and canceled our service. You’re better off paying the neighborhood kid to come mow your lawn than to hire this company. I’m almost thinking this is a SCAM!! We ordered services in the beginning of October and it’s now November and no one ever came out.

I started with LawnStarter because I had trouble getting anyone out to do my lawn regularly (crews would show up once and then never come again or would just never show) and now I'm stuck with the same thing again and unhelpful customer service. The first crew did come on time but they refused to mow the lawn because it hadn't been scooped yet (and then closed the service request as "unable to access"). This would have been completely understandable if they had told me this in advance so I could have taken care of the yard, but they hadn't. They rescheduled for TWO WEEKS away from the original date, and I started a lawn cleaning service in the mean time. The rescheduled date arrives and no one responds to my message, only relays a message late on Monday that they wouldn't be here until Wednesday but would have it done Wednesday morning at the latest. It's now Wednesday afternoon, I've sent multiple messages and received no response, and I'm concerned that the new crew will show up and say they can't mow the lawn because it was scooped on Tuesday and not day of service. Got absolutely no help from calling customer service. The only thing they have going with them so far is their app and their pricing.
