  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Lawnstarter will destroy your lawn and take no accountability for their actions. After they canceled my first appointment and I left a review on another platform, they contacted me and scheduled service provider. The mowing was below average first 3 times but on the fourth they destroyed my lawn as you'll see on the pictures. I contacted their support and provided all details requested. They reached out to the service provider and all he said that "their was and incline which caused the tire marks and neighbor lawn had same problem". The providers reply is writing on stone for this company, even if they are blatantly lying. The neighbors lawn is fine on the same incline, documented very well in my pictures. I learnt my lesson the hard way with this company but hope no one falls for their marketing gimmicks.

  Destroyed the lawn. Always a "new” crew. Almost $60 for an embarrassing yard on a busy, high visibility street. We’re not picky. Cancelled today.

  This company did a great job with drip marketing and sales. I needed lawn care. The sales team called, texted, and emailed. I signed up for the service.. However they never delivered. The 1st and most critical engagement was canceled and then pushed back for over a month. Then after I had let my lawn grow to the point where it needed work work they canceled again. The idea is great. The Uber of lawn care. But unless you can deliver on the promise of lawn care and yard work on a timely basis your system will never work.
