  Never use this company for your lawn service. From multiple no shows to getting charged for lawn service that never even showed up. You are better off using a different service or mowing the lawn yourself. Extremely disappointed with this entire company. The only redeeming quality is the customer support staff is extremely nice. EDIT 11/19: I have updated my review of the company from 1 star to 2 stars. My reason for doing so is that the customer service team and experience specialists reached out to me to ameliorate the issue. They did so promptly and competently. The actual lawn service is terrible, but the experience specialists and customer support staff are really great .

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wanted to speak to the owner of the company about several issues that are happening. I asked Sarah today for the name of the owner and she said she was not able to give out that info. I have screenshots of me messaging inside of your online portal and in my text thread saying that I did not need services done. When I continued to receive messages from each new lawn crew I continued to say- I have canceled this and I don't want my lawn done anymore. When I called in today I was told that I didn't dispute anything so they would not give me a refund. My lawn has not been mowed in 6 weeks yet I've paid 149.00 and today they want to give me a $49.00 credit when I already have stated how unhappy I am and that I was cancelled my service on November 11th. They are keeping my money and not allowing me to speak with someone who can see the texts on my phone and in their messaging system saying that I wanted my services canceled. I will be sharing this info. I am so dissatisfied-this is poor customer service.

  I could go on and on about how fantastic my front and backyard like, he even went so far as to clean up a little trail that my shed has for my dogs. I highly recommend then and I will be using them for as long as I can
