The guys did an ok job or getting someone out to mow the lawn at a vacant property of mine. Then when there was no longer a crew to maintain my property the decided to charge me for a service that did not happen and then continue to push out service for the following appointments. When I brought this to their attention, via a message in the app because their customer service lines are always busy and you never get a call back, I received an automated email back in response that there were no crews available in my area and they would work to get more and then my service was discontinued by the company without them telling me, right after they said they were going to correct the issue. The prices were good but the crews were never on time and they did not communicate any issue and provided no support.

Constantly rotating lawn care subcontractors so inconsistent lawn care. Lawn starter doesn't guarantee the work. Many subcontractors don't have the necessary equipment or skills. App is nice, but better to get a dedicated mowing service.

Terrible customer service. Hires subcontractors that don’t show up/not screened. The first crew that showed up came in a u-haul truck. Charged me 40 dollars to mow (just mow) my yard when the service clearly states that it includes a weed eating and edging and cleaning up after themselves. Locked me in to a 3 cut minimum that I signed up to have done weekly. It’s now a month and a half in and I’m still waiting for my third cut. Every time I call I get put on hold for a half hour and then it hangs up. When I schedule a call back, it never happens. There’s no communication. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It’s been nothing short of a nightmare. I finally broke down and bought a new mower, but I still have that mysterious 3rd cut looming over my head. I tried canceling and it will not let me till after the third cut. When I call to tell them I have fulfilled my part of the obligation by waiting as long as I have, I get put on hold and a half hour later, it hangs up. I guess I’ll have to change my credit card number, and call the better business bureau, because this is absurd how they treat customers.
