  This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had! My first appointment was on April 27th, the grass was uneven, there was no edging done at all, the grass was not bagged, there was grass left all over my driveway, back porch, and sidewalks. They came back and still did not complete the yard. I then was pushed back two time 3 weeks out. Calling to get ahold of someone is impossible! I waited 5 1/2 hours and got nothing resolved. I was hung up on twice, I was promised they would come on May 8th and no one showed. Very unprofessional.

  They seem to attract fly by night operators as subcontractors or whatever they're called, or maybe that's all they can find. First guy seemed to have problems and was rude, second guy dropped out of their program because he didn't like the overhead. Definitely went downhill over the last year.

  What a bate and switch - needed one week of lawn mowing which is offered on the site - plan as day - put this in my enquiry and then was told no - that does not exist. Well then TAKE IT OFF YOUR SITE - dont' waste my time - would have gleefully paid up to 150 dollars to get one mow but could not get past the 3 week mark -Deceptive practices.
