The very first cut was great! The next service was where the problem was. They changed the date on me twice within a week. I emailed them and it took two days for a reply. I canceled my services when they did reply. A few hours later, i actually started feeling bad. I thought "well maybe they are short staffed and having a bad week". I called them and I reactivated my account. The representative on the phone was very nice d she assured me my lawn would be serviced Saturday. I also received a message from the crew "Joshua Garza" who said he'd be there Saturday. I waited, and waited, sunday night I sent another email after another no show and told them they lack of professionalism and integrity. I received a call Monday morning from a very nice rep, who apologized and said she would have another crew out. I asked if it would be that day (Monday) and she said no, unfortunately it would take another day or two. I cancelled my services right there and then. They are unreliable! The app is user friendly and $40 for bi weekly services sounds great, but if they lack communication, professionalism and integrity, well, i guess you get what you pay for in this case. There are several local guys who will cut your grass, dont spend your money on these people.

It’s been two weeks since we’ve been scheduled to have our yard mowed. No one has shown up we’ve had three different crew’s scheduled and none of them show up this last one is with Casey Raines and he hasn’t replied to be in 4 days. We were scheduled to have our yard mowed Sunday or Monday and no one came. I’ve requested a new crew and I’m getting no response. We’ve already paid for services so it’s ridiculous that we can’t get a response from anyone.

Well as of today I am very unhappy with this company. I called two weeks ago to get lawn mower and the first week the couldn't make it. This week they say It would be done between fri and Sunday. Well its Monday and still my lawn is not mowed. I'm very disappointed with this company.
