  My review is 5 stars as Ted who does my lawn doesn't leave a mess...which my previous lawn guy did. He also does trim in areas that again my previous servicedidn't. Ted does a great job!.

  They were once a help. Now it is wait and see service. Thye hire vendors who decide when and how often to cut your grass, but whether they cut the grass or not they want to get paid just for being assigned to your account. BEWARE!

  Customer service was great right from the beginning we scheduled, someone to come out within the next two days and everything seemed to be great. However it's been almost 3 weeks and 4 to 5 reschedules all done by the company and no one has yet mow my lawn. The requirement is for a minimum of three mows before you can cancel and given that we have yet to have any the customer service was wonderful and assisted us in canceling anyway. Based on the customer service calls alone I would love to have worked with this company. However given that no one has shown up to do any actual work yet it's been the most disappointing experience. Personally my recommendation would be that their customer service personnel Bring their skills to a more reliable company instead because this one will never see my business.
