  I paid them to weed around my tree. Instead of weeding they mowed down all my groundcover, and didn't even finish the job of cleaning up around the tree. The crew also stole a package off my front porch and I caught it on video (watch his feet)! When I contacted the company with the video and let them know that I filed a police report, they said the only thing they could do for me was to send the exact same crew out to complete the unfinished job. When I said that it would not be acceptable to send out the same people who stole from me, the person I spoke to got aggressive with me and began yelling that it was procedure to send out the same crew. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he refused and got even more aggressive. I filed a police report about the stolen property as well as a complaint with the better business bureau about the company itself. Unacceptable.

  Not so happy with the services... There are a lot of things that you have to 'request' like bush trimming... Weed eating... Mow under trampoline & other things that are not included in the charges!! And they ripped our brand new trampoline....Not very professional at all...
