I took my cub cadet there in July and in October I picked it up. They said they couldn’t get a part that was bent - i took the part to a machinist and had it straightened and hardened - took it back to them and he promised me i would have it Monday. No phone call but no lawn mower. i went to pick it up and he said they didn’t have the spacer so he couldn’t put it together. I only took the bent part to get fixed so i asked to speak to the man that gave me the part and he said he doesn’t work there anymore.
I left with my broken lawnmower and had to pay $180.00!!!  I am furious and will pursue action through BBB.

I took the mower and the parts in the box he gave me to a cub cadet service center and he told me i was missing 4 parts!!

Brought in my stihl hedge trimmers to diagnose cutting off problem they said it needed a new carburetor I waited 7months just for them to take $112 from me that I worked very hard for in a pandemic to have my hedge trimmers still not working and  old carburetor still up there they charge me for services they didn’t complete i will advise anyone not to take any equipment to this place

They lied! Know nothing  about balancing lawn mower blades, or at least didn't show it.

Took my Cub Cadet in for service because they were authorized service provider. After 2 months and no call back about status I stopped in. They said, oh yeah it's got low compression so we recommend replacing. Then said I had to pre pay $90 for them to file a warranty claim. The owner was very rude. The only reason for 2 stars is the girls at the counter were very nice. I'm sorry they have to work for such a jerk.

I would not suggest this place of business to anyone.  We took our lawnmower to this place the beginning of June and it  was running but would cut off. We were told it would take 3 weeks also with a down payment of $35.00,  After 3 weeks we would call to check on lawnmower and the response would be not ready. By the end of July we were told after calling that it was ready.  We went to pick  up  lawnmower thinking it was ready, after paying over  $400.00 and the lawnmower would not run!!
We were told water may have gotten into the gas tank.  After waiting for about 45 minutes we were told that the lawnmower may need a carburator.  Of course the price was quoted at $190. We were very upset and decided ok we will deal with that.  After leaving the lawnmower again for another week, we checked and was told the lawnmower is old and may need an engine.  We refused to pay anymore money and after paying over $400 for getting a lawnmower that still dont work , I feel we are handling this very well.  It was not to after the fact that I looked at previous reviews to find out we were not alone. Our regret is we should have read reviews about this business first. Lesson learned!!! Oh and the 1 star is for the receptionist who is professional.
