  I actually got this companies information off of Angie's List because of their numerous positive reviews. They were one of the highest rated landscape companies in our area. We started with this company with simple weekly mowing and flower bed maintenance as needed. After the first year we signed up for the annual contract and they now take care of every aspect of our lawn. From the chemical applications to the mulching, they have consistently been on time and followed through with everything they have said they would do. The main thing that I love about this company is the fact that Chris, the owner, will make sure you are completely happy at all expense. You can tell that he takes pride in making sure that his customers are 100% happy. I will leave with one more note... We are currently looking to put an irrigation system at our house and I feel no need to look anywhere else or get any other estimates. That's piece of mind.

  We used this company most of last season with only a few problems here or there most of them dealing with them showing up when they said they would. This year we scheduled a spring cleanup two weeks in advance of when we needed it done (function in our yard). They never showed up to do the work. We checked in on them three times to make sure they would be able to complete the job, each time they assured us they would, even up to the very day of our event, but they NEVER showed. They did not call, they did not email, they did not apologize, they just did not come.

  This is either another company making a false review or a customer who has reviewed the wrong company. We have no record of this customers name on record and have had no problems completing any work this spring.

  My name is Denise Cyrus. I have used Lawn Care of Hampton Roads when I first moved here to Hampton. It has been almost 3 years now. At first, I didn't think they were a bad company but, after making 3 appointments with them for the same work order, I was frustrated. The company didn't even call to say they weren't gonna make the 1st appointment or the 2nd appointment OR the 3rd appointment. I've called them numerous times to find out if they were still coming out but, NO ANSWER!!! And, mind you, I've paid them up front!!! I DON'T recommend this company AT ALL!!!!!

  We have been working with this client since the fall of 2011. Payments have been consistently late since the beginning. We never require payment upfront for our services. Here are the invoice dates and dates of payments. Invoice 11/30/2011 PAID 3/20/2012 Invoice 4/30/2012 PAID 9/28/2012 Invoice 11/13/2012 PAID 4/26/2013 Clients that do not pay their bills on time are not a priority. We apologize about not returning a couple of calls this year but the spring season was extremely busy.
