  When I have a lawn issue, like nutsage grass or crab grass, I just call their office in Philadelphia, Tn. and leave a message. I don't even ask them to call me back, I just tell them the problem and when I will be mowing the grass in several days, and they will simply come out and address the issue. Sometimes with more than one treatment in that time span. Far better response than I have gotten in the past from competitive lawn services.

  I would give it zero stars if I could. Never answers the phone, it always goes to voicemail. Have asked them several times to call the day before they come.. Not once have they doneit. Told them I didn’t want aeration and overseeding on a certain day: showed up and did it anyway.
