This company is great and reliable. I've been using them for over a year and they always manage to get to my house when needed. I've never had to walk on a snow covered sidewalk and my weeds are always taken care of before they get out of control. When I needed a fence to be placed on my new property Mario gave me the best quotes and the best advice on what size and where it was likely not to interrupt my walk way. I highly recommend using these guys for all your yard needs.

I was patient and tried to give these jokers a chance. And, prior to 2021, they had great reviews. After all, 2021was a snowy, wet year and I'm sure it interrupted much of their schedule. I engaged with them in mid April. Long story short, their communication is terrible and they don't meet commitments. I signed up for their spring lawn care service - it literally took 6 weeks and multiple trips (and different people) for them to complete this at 80%. They never did finish one corner of the backyard and, after contacting them multiple times with no success, I finally took care of this myself. I also had an agreement for them to remove tree stumps and a couple juniper bushes. Again, multiple trips. People would show up unannounced and suddenly be working in my yard. They'd half-finish work, leave tools and, in general, not do a good job. They finally removed 3 small tree stumps but never finished the remainder of the work. When contacting them to escalate, most of the time I couldn't reach anyone even after leaving voicemails and emails. Occasionally I would reach someone and they told me that the way their business operates they can't commit to days, times or really anything. All the while, I continue to have invoices emailed to me for unfinished work. Most-recent, I received a revised invoice, with the cost of the remaining juniper bushes removed, with absolutely zero communication or confirmation that they were never coming back. When I emailed Mario to confirm the multiple problems and that I'd go ahead and pay the invoice and end our relationship, he simply replied, "Ok. Sound good." Horrible customer service, complete lack of organization and a seemingly poor understanding of what it takes to run a business. Throw in zero accountability, no sense of customer service and a process for simple yard cleanup that will take 2 months (and never be finished). If that's what you're after, then you'll be pleased.

I have been trying to schedule a mow for almost two weeks. First it took them days and two emails addresses to figure out how to send me a contract. Then they said they were sending an invoice which still has not arrived. They have repeatedly told us we were on their schedule and have not shown up when they said they would for now three straight days. I am about to spend my entire weekend clearing a yard I was willing to pay them to take care of indefinitely which is now a much bigger task that it would have been if they had shown up like they said they would a week ago. Unreliable, unprofessional and unresponsive. Spend your money somewhere else that knows how to use email.
