  Lawnmasters performed their basic 8 program on my lawn which was thick and lush green alliance grass. I had to have them repeatedly come back out to reapply broadleaf and nutsedge control 2 or 3 weeks after they already had done so. Also, an army worm infestation was discovered 2 weeks after they supposedly sprayed insecticide(they like boast that they are the only company to include this service) I had their consultant out to look at the damage which stopped at my property line. My neighbor uses a different lawn service and had almost identical grass as me to begin the year. The consultant from lawnmasters also expressed concern about the amount of crabgrass that my yard had without me even mentioning it. I felt they should hold themselves accountable and reseed my yard, but the consultant said that wouldn't happen. He suggested tthat he ask his boss, Jerry I think, if they could do it for half price. I waited a week without contact before I called to see what he found out. He finally called back and said they couldn't do it, so I promptly canceled my service. This company does not hold thereself accountable, which seems to be a trend these days. I am including pictures of my yard in April and September to show the transition during there care. Also, a picture of one of the many giant patches of crabgrass in my otherwise dead front yard. In response to company's reply. You should check your records. This is my first year, but the property's third consecutive year being treated by lawnmasters. Therefore, I did get to experience the full plan you had for my property. Of course there are no hard feelings on your side. You were paid and not held accountable for your quality of work. I had an investment ruined. I definitely have hard feelings, especially with your condescending, passive aggressive, and uninformed response.

  Thank you for your comments. A beautiful lawn takes time and patience(usually 2-3 years). We only serviced your lawn for 4 months. I'm sorry you didn't get to experience our full plan for your property. I'm also sorry that the Fall Armyworm invasion that hit the Tri-Sate area caused damage to your lawn(see pics). Armyworms are not preventable and are not something we can plan for. We have had two invasions in the last 30 years. This year was the worst. Most damage from armyworms fixes itself with professional care and guidance. No hard feelings and I wish you the best of luck with your lawn going forward.

  I love Lawnmasters for so many reasons. Their customer service is top notch. Kathy in the office always has a smiling voice. The folks who treat our lawn and spray trees and shrubs are so knowledgeable and explain things to me well. Our lawn looks like a golf course. It’s just beautiful.

  Lawn Masters helped me at my previous residence controlling moles and were very effective. Now work on my new residence controlling voles, weeds in my landscaping and lawn. They are a locally owned business and if I have any type of issue they are very responsive and easy to work with. I could not be more pleased with the services they are providing at a personal level also. I have used a national chain “Truegreen”. They can’t hold a candle to the service and care I receive from Lawn Masters!
