This is the first time I've used this business and I was favorably impressed. First of all, they were pleasant on the phone and didn't talk down to me - like I was putting them out for calling. They were 20% less expensive than where I've gone before and 40% less expensive for pick-up and drop-off. When I asked about wait time for pick-up, service and drop-off, instead of a total of 6 weeks it was barely 2 weeks. Finally, my mower was cleaned up and looking good upon return. I WILL be using them again next time.

My husband went in for a lawn mower part today and, in the middle of helping him, Ron(?) took 2 phone calls and helped them while my husband stood there waiting! He even tried to sell one phone customer a lawn mower. When the part was out of stock, he offered to order it. When will it arrive? "If you would have been here earlier, it would have arrived tomorrow, but now I don't know when I'm doing another order." They did not act like they even wanted our business, so we went to Lowe's instead. We won't try to support this small business again.

Karma, Don went to your mower and got the model number and looked up the part while your husband waited. We had just ordered and indicated we could order again but it would be a couple days later. We gave your husband the part number as he asked so he could find one himself. I believe we fulfilled our mission to provide good service. Scott

After calling Don the previous week trying to identify the part missing to connect the TB360 speed/drive cable to the drive handle, he suggested I come in with my mower. On 6/7/2021, I brought in my mower and he looked at it but couldn't identify the missing part, and had a mechanic take a quick look also, but no luck. Don was using the partstree.com website, which I had looked at also, with no success. Don then said my only option going forward was to send it to their shop for analysis. Huh? I called Troy Bilt today and was able to talk to someone who accessed CAD drawings and quickly identified the part I needed. I will never return to Lawn Equipment Company given the mediocre attempt to find my necessary part. I've ordered it off the Troy Bilt website.

Trisha, We don't sell TB products, thus we do not have familiarity with all the numerous models. We made a solid effort to find your part spending more time to find the part than we could afford, given the high volume of requests for help we receive. A one star review is rather harsh for the circumstance. Scott
