  We have been customers for several years. At some point the team wasn't showing up regularly anymore. Since then we have tried all sorts of ways to terminate our services with them with no success. Phone calls, voice mails, and emails are all ignored and unreturned. No one shows up to service our lawn anymore but we are still getting charged. We even changed our card because of them and they still have somehow been charging us to the new card! Stay away at all cost.

  I am a current client and have been for many years. I have left five messages over the past two months for this company and emailed them twice with questions, only to have them returned as undeliverable. Guys keep showing up to do the lawn and I keep getting billed every month. I want to discontinue services, but not sure how. Maybe I should just not pay the bill and wait for someone to finally contact me? Find someone else to do your lawn.

  The entire team at Lawn Envy provided excellent customer service in all areas! This was our first time using their services after locating them online, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They performed a backyard clean-up in Dunwoody that was detailed and thorough from top to bottom in a very timely manner. The staff in the field was very professional and courteous and left our yard looking beautiful -- while taking the debris away with them at no extra charge. All contact with Lawn Envy, both by email and telephone, was very clear and concise, and they responded to all of my voice messages and email correspondence promptly. I would definitely recommend this business and will be utilizing their services in the future!
