  Turned my lawn around in a little over a year. My lawn consisted of weeds and brown spots. Now it is dense, weed free and deep green. Neighbors have told me I have the best looking lawn on the street. I receive notice a couple days in advance of an upcoming treatment. Rescheduling is never a problem and knowing that my lawn service comes at the end of the week, treatments are scheduled for the beginning of the week. This service is knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommend.

  I can't say enough great things about Lawn Doctor! We have been using their services for about 2 years now. Our lawn used to have a lot of weeds, be browning and turning colors in certain areas, and have bald spots. Since we used Lawn Doctor's Services, our lawn is about as green as you can get! We get compliments constantly from neighbors and I've referred everyone to them. They are friendly, very courteous, always call before service appointments, and are always accessible. You won't regret using them at all!!! Thank you Lawn Doctor for revising our lawn and keeping it green:)

  Not sure what’s going on with this company but we have used them for the past two years and only started encountering problems the last few services. We have ring cameras all around our house for surveillance and the tech claimed he sprayed our yard. The first time I called out the situation, the company corrected the situation. Now again this week, we got a bill and the tech claimed he sprayed but was never here. Not only do I have ring cameras, but I’m home on maternity leave. This is a second charge for a service that wasn’t provided. When I tried to resolve the situation with the owner, Erik, he flat out claimed we were lying. Talk about customer service. We even offered him to view our cameras and he refused. I had to fire this company. This company is going down hill! Don’t use them and find someone who cares about customer service. Response to Owner response: First off, it doesn't matter how long you've been in business, you should not treat your customers rudely. I would expect my tech who has treated my yard for 2 years to know the layout of my lawn. The problem is, the complete disrespect as a paying customer. We never expect free service- only the service we pay for. Not to mention, the company offers courtesy sprays if there are any issues. The only time we have had issues is when the tech did not actually spray the yard, which has been the past two times. Again, they corrected the situation once. You would expect them to correct it again instead of calling us liars. We only expect to pay for a service we receive.

  Lawn Doctor has been in business in this area for 20+ years and the technician servicing this property is a senior seasoned tech. The issue explained in this review has been brought up throughout 2021 with this property multiple times and even though our technician has described the customers layout of the lawn and exactly how he sprayed it we have sent 3 service calls to re run the treatment to keep the peace. Once again during the final treatment of the season the exact conversation happened and even going through the technician, office, and owner of the company the previous client was not satisfied. Ring cameras have been notorious for not picking up workers on properties. We strive for our customer service and our reputation as a long standing honest service company but we cannot continue to apply free treatments to a property. We honor our employees as well and value their hard work and would not employ any technician that was not doing the job the way it should be done.
