I’m very surprised at the lack of performance by Lawn Doctor of Fairfax. They sent out a renewal notice BUT required five or six services, not the three I requested and received last season. I noted I only wanted three and asked for Lawn Doctor to contact me. Nothing. To give them the benefit of the doubt I called not once but three additional times, to no avail. Thus my disappointment and my going to another service provider. And I am taking two other customers with me. Shared my story and these neighbors said no way to use Lawn Doctor. But why? Likely because the Fairfax unit is getting cocky and forgetting they are a small business and need to act as such, not be arrogant and non-responsive. Such will continue to bite them as more users leave as HOAs are shared this sad state of service.

We are very pleased with the service Lawn Doctor (of Fairfax) provides. They are prompt, dependable and our lawn looks great! They are located in our neighborhood and have been there for at least forty years.

Will auto renew your service even when it was prepaid. They just showed up with no notice, did a service I didn't ask for and then charged me. Despite my efforts to have the charges cancelled and assurances that they would be they harassed me for over a year to get payment. There are better services out there that won't try to cheat you out of money.
