Good quality?  How about exceptional.  For starters, we have the best lawn on the street thanks to their excellent service.  Their technicians always show up on schedule, are courteous and thorough.  The office sent out a technician with insecticide the next morning when army worms attacked the lawn.

I paid for a year upfront and was not notified that my yearly service was up. They showed up to my home and performed the service and charged my bank account without me knowing. I do not like that this service was preformed and my bank account was charged without my authorization.
