  These people have been nothing but a headache to work with. We paid for the 2019/2020 winter season and they said they would come out within 24 hours after snowfall ended. After two snow-falls, we realized that they were coming 26-28 hours after the snow had stopped falling, which is just a really long time to wait to get out of our long steep driveway. We called and said it wasn’t working out and we would like a pro-rated refund for the rest of season, which they assured me wouldn’t be a problem. That was November. It’s now April and after dozens of phone calls, multiple messages left with different people who answer the phone (assuring me they will pass along my message to the manager), I have yet to receive a call back or a refund. Don’t waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other snow removal services who charge the same amount, are much faster, and have better customer service.

  Great work for a great price. The crew was very warm and inviting. I hope everybody gets the same experience I had. Didn't waste time, got right to it.   These guys are quick and on time they came 20 mins early and started preparing they did the job so quick and efficient i couldn't help but tip them more. Great group of people.
