  They mowed my lawn all last season, and they were great. This season however, they mowed once, and then just never came back. It took me texting and calling several times to actually get a response back saying they couldn’t do our lawn anymore. Kevin said he’d find me someone to take over the job, but then I never heard back, even after following up. If he would have given me a heads up right away, It wouldn’t have been a big deal, but his lack of communication has really put us in a bind
