Love this place. Always knowledgeable, friendly staff. The have a large selection to choose from, even some more high end stuff that’s just fun to look at and get inspiration from. Picked up an awesome chicken coop from them, excited to get this thing filled with chickens. It’s a beautiful addition to our garden.

These people are so nice I was looking for flowers that I didn't know what they were called explained to her and she was like hey I know what those are and took me right to them.

Loved the selection, everything was nice and well maintained, just way over priced, they have$400 flower pots?? Just large glazed flower pots, nothing special, priced for$398. The younger girl at register was not friendly, border line rude, I arrived 30 mins. Before closing, so maybe she was ready to go home or was having a bad day, she didn't want to be bothered with any questions, and when I arrived and approached them with asking if they had certain plant she just said what number greenhouse it was in, all snappy and then turned back towards her"desk", which had her back towards me and never said another word. Wish people in retail and public would just be kinder, it doesn't cost a thing. I just don't understand why people pick jobs in the public if they are going to act like the consumer in a bother??

Thank you for bringing your issue to our attention.  So Sorry to hear you didn't receive a wonderful customer service experience.  We will check into what may have happened.  We often walk our customers to the plants but if we are the only one at the register it may have been a case where it couldn't have been left.  You may be correct maybe someone didn't feel well. Also, Many of our customers ask and custom order our Specialty pots costing way more than 400.00 dollars.  Our job is to make sure we offer fair prices on whatever plant or custom pots customers want.  You may not need nor desire something like that but it is something that is requested year after year at our Garden Center.  We also make others starting at 39.99 so a wide variety is usually found for all.

Always a positive experience when we visit,  excellent selection of flowers,  shrubs and trees.  We travel from Tennessee to Laurel Gardens,  just to have a selection of quality to choose from !

We buy a real tree every year from Lowes. However, this year we wanted to give this place a try. We purchased a large wreath and a 7ft tree. While we were looking for our wreath after we had already selected our tree, they offered to load our tree. We assumed the tree would be prepped like all trees are. Our tree was not prepped at all (the bottom of the truck cut or shaped at all). Both our tree and wreath are already dead, and we have days until Christmas. I am so disappointed after spending $122 on both. So much for trying to stay local.

We are sorry you weren't satisfied. No one said anything at time of loading nor did we get a call later, so we were not made aware of any issues.

We sell LIVE trees not CUT  Christmas trees.  They come with ball and burlap wrap on them so they can be planted after Christmas.

As for the wreath, we only make a limited special ordered amount  and they are green and sprayed to help make them last longer. But those are cut so they will drop needles and eventually turn brown.  They shouldn't do that upon purchase nor should one be bought that is brown.
All of our Christmas trees including the 4 we had left were alive when they were loaded or we would not have loaded them. They were freshly and locally dug to be in the best health for the season.

We Do Not Nor have we ever Cut our trees in any way because they are dug up to be replanted.
I know if you had any issues at the time of purchase we would have happily addressed those then and even now. We had other trees on the lot to choose from and a call after you got home could have fixed the issue if we had of known you had a problem.

I feel like a possible miscommunication may have happened and would have loved the opportunity to discussed it with you then and even now.  Feel free to call us anytime.

This might be the best garden center in the world!  The staff is helpful and friendly. The plants are beautiful, big, and healthy. The grounds are just lovely. I could happily have spent the entire day there!
