Three years ago called and made a landscaping appointment with them. They never showed for an estimation appointment. This year I thought I would try again. In contact starting in May via email for a small landscaping project that would take one day. They said it would be June. Then a few weeks later they said it would be July. A month later they said it would be August and I would now have to pay the increase price of removing shrubs because they have grown since May. It's now august and once again they have vanished. Incredible lack of professionalism. Won't use or ever recommended again. EDIT: In Response to Larsen's Reply: The falsehoods listed by Larsen's landscaping in their response exemplifies the lack of professionalism as detailed above. Larsen's wanted a contract with an open ended "they'll get the job done when they have time" schedule. Not one single solid date for completion could ever be given by them, thus there was no reason to bind this project to a contract. The estimate kept rising based on their lack of expedience and due diligence in scheduling a customer. Since then we've had a pleasant experience with other local landscapers who have shown up when they said they would and have met all contract and time obligations. Also notice in the response the lack of acknowledgment for not even showing up at a scheduled time for an estimate on a previous project.
Response from the owner
We are sorry you feel this way about our company, however, we feel your statements are incorrect. As you are aware, in order for your work to be scheduled, a signed contract and deposit is required. We informed you of this on numerous occasions via email and in the written estimates we provided you with. You contacted us on April 15th requesting a quote for landscaping. Within two days of your email, we provided an estimate and made it clear that our schedule was booked out to the end of June. Over the course of a month, you continued to make changes to your project. Within that timeframe, we had customers committing to their projects, which filled up our schedule. It was explained to you that some form of commitment was required from you in order to schedule your project. We never received a deposit or a signed contract. Instead, you continued to make changes while complaining about our schedule. We would like to point out that the last communication was an email from us to you on May 13th. This email was a response to your complaint about our timeframe where you stated "let me know and I can move on." We responded the next day, once again explaining that we require a deposit before we can schedule you. You never responded, no deposit, no contract, no commitment to proceed. In the future, please make sure your facts are correct before leaving negative reviews. Your non-typical experience with our company is a result of neglect on your part, not ours.

Tanner and Patrick did a fantastic job at our business in Onekama. They payed attention to detail and didn't rush through the job. We appreciate their time and efforts and our lawn looks fabulous.

Great company great people. I drove from tecumseh to pick up this piece of equipment. The staff are very friendly. I also met the owner who is very nice. Wish I lived closer! Thanks for the new unit.
