  BEWARE. Go elsewhere for repair and garden tool knowledge. They tried telling me the fully threaded auger bolts were for the impeller. Impeller bolts are half threaded and half not. 3 Bozo’s tried telling me they gave me the right part. It was only until I showed them the picture of the GENUINE part did they SEMI believe me.

  We been in business for 70 years. We know what a toro will take for a impeller shear bolt or what will work in it's place.

  Had good experiences here before buying parts. My grandfather buys his lawn equipment here and has his things serviced by them. I called for price and availability on a carb rebuild kit. Took the kid on the phone a while to find the parts. When he did, he couldn’t tell me what was included in the kit. I was apprehensive after this because I needed 1 specific Part and at minimum the carb gaskets. He gave me a price which was a little over 60 bucks. At this point I wasn’t ready to order it not knowing what was in it. I decided I’d ask for the part number, firstly so I could look it up myself and figure out what was included, and secondly so I could call back with the part number so it didn’t take extra time to look up the part again when/if I wanted to order it. Instead of giving me the number he said I could call back and they would look it up again. How is that helpful when the toro dealer can’t tell me what’s included in the kit? Only rated 3 stars because their previous services were satisfactory.

  Great customer service! Took care of filing out our warranty when buying a new mower and made the buying process painless. Definitely recommend giving them a visit for any outdoor equipment needs.
