      Add me to the list of very satisfied customers that have used Landworx. Pete had a vision of what my new sidewalk would look like, which I never thought of, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Pete was a pleasure to work with. He returned all calls promptly and listened to all our concerns. You can't have a successful business without good employees and the team that worked at my house was amazing. Not only did they work very hard, but they also answered any questions I may have had and were very courteous. I would highly recommend LandWorx for your project.

      We spent $100k on our landscaping project, the owner Pete was very accommodating before the final payment was made, then right after, his whole attitude changed. There was never anybody answering the phone at the office, he never replied to phone messages I have left, when texted him with the requests, he said he doesn't like customers texting him and he blocked us from any further textings, funny thing is, he never complained about us calling and texting him before the final payment was made. It was like pulling teeth when we requested him to replace the dead shrubs and repair some pavers. When he finally sent someone "Bob" over to fix the problems today, he was rude and full of attitude, accusing us for being unreasonable, screamed and yelled at us that they don't want our business. $100k was not a small project, there are bound to be needs for fine tunings and adjustments, that's what warranties are for! But according to the owner and this particular worker "Bob", the paying customer is considered too demanding to request for repairs or replacement.

      I was originally going to ignore this review because I know you will come back at me, but I feel the need to defend myself and my employees. There is 2 correct statements in your review.... 1. yes you did spend about 100K and 2. yes I did block your phone number on my personal cell phone. I responded to hundreds of messages from you before, during and after I completed your project. You messaged me at all hours of the day, 7 days a week. You texted me at night while I was sleeping, while I was at dinner with my family and even on sundays while I was with my family. You clearly have no respect for peoples personal time. You claimed you felt "threatened" by one of my messages, so I told you not to message me on my personal phone and to call the office and leave me a message if you needed something just like ALL of my other customers do. I thought I would do the mature thing and block your phone number on my cell phone so we could not communicate through text because sometimes you may get the wrong impression from a message. After we completed your project, I had my crew at your house numerous times "post payment" to add more topsoil, add more grass seed, fertilize the lawn, replace plants and touch up any fine details you complained about. I even have the receipts from the nursery showing that we purchased additional plants for your house to do replacements. And I typically was there the day you messaged me or within 24 hours taking care of whatever it is "post payment", so I'm still shocked that you would even claim it was like pulling teeth to get in touch with me! You also claim no one answers the phone in the office. Well there is someone in here 5 days a week from 8-4 answering the phone. You always stopped by the office when you needed something until you got my personal cell number. The first message I received at the office from you was 2 weeks ago claiming you had a dead tree in the front yard,. I drove by your house that night and did not see any dead trees. I typically would have gotten out and checked on the entire project, but since you claimed you felt "threatened" by me, I did not feel comfortable coming onto your property so I did not notice any dead shrubs. You sent me an email saturday morning about repairing some of the joint sand in the patio and you also made me aware of the dead shrub. The shrub in question (which you posted numerous pictures of). I had Bob to your house within 3 hours to replace the sand and to install a new bush so I don't know how you can claim "its pulling teeth to get me to respond"?? Is a 3 hour turn around on a Saturday not quick enough response time for you? And in Bobs defense, when he is greeted being called "Fu#$ Face" by your partner, I kind of don't blame him for being rude. Please don't treat me or any of my employees like that, just because we did a project for you does not make us your servants

      Reliability and trustworthiness are what sets LandWorx apart from other contractors. I've done various projects with this company. New trees, stone work, lawn install, landscape lighting, hardscape....I can go on and on . Pete the owner is professional, courteous and responds in a timely manner from the start of the job to completion of the job. These days it is rare to receive genuine personalized service like this. I'm thrilled to know it's local and in the town I live in . Thanks to the entire LandWorx crew !! Hudson's.
