  Tim did a great job fully sodding and installing an irrigation system in my yard. Tim responded within a day to replace a defective valve in the irrigation system. I also use his lawn maintenance services and I have the best looking yard in the neighborhood.

  Not the service I expected for the money I was being charged. Plus did damage and never told me about it. It was not costly but the fact it was never mentioned. They were suppose to weed and I found weeds bigger than my shrubs.

  Tim has done two jobs for us now and we could not be more pleased. He is on time and honest. I would recommend Tim Ware to anyone! I am particular about my yard, and Tim takes the time to listen to you and provide professional advice.
