  My family has one of the first homes built in Hill Country Village. It was built by hand in the 1950's by my great uncle and aunt. To say my home is important to me is an understatement. I have read many great reviews about the excellent service Landscape Management Co. provides its customers. Originally I searched many companies and wanted a good value for what I payed for. I simply wanted more than the low end budget sprinkler system but wanted a superior product with the service to match. Chris and his team explained every step of the process and despite my ignorance still made me feel as though I was the CEO. The products he uses is definitely commercial grade and the clean up was downright impeccable. Nothing was disrupted around my house, despite all the products and manufacturing of tubing materials my home was left perfect. I am truly pleased. Thank you.

  I hired them in August of 2014 to install 12 additional zones to my existing sprinkler system. They charged me $3,500 and did an excellent job. Chris was very kind and courteous. about 10 months later a few of my valves started sticking so I called Chris and he told me that they were busy so I should go a head and take the valves apart and flush them out. I tried this but it only worked temporarily so I went ahead and replaced the two valves that I was able to locate. I called him again and asked him to assist me in locating one valve that had sprinkler heads in two different locations. He basically milked it until my one-year warranty expired before sending his Technician out to locate the valve. It took the Technician a total of 36 minutes from arrival to departure. All he did was showed me where the valve was located. I was shocked a week later when I received a bill for $190.79 which included 1.75 hours of work and the use of the valve locater. I called Chris to get some clarification and he was very rude and unprofessional. This was when he decided to tell me that I was charged $75 per hour from the moment the Technician started driving towards my residence. He would not even allow me to finish my sentences.he started raising his voice and became very confrontational and offensive. I would never do business with this company again!!!

  I got them to come out to get an estimate on simple sprinkler repairs. They spent 2.5 hours 'analyzing' everything and then sent me a bill for $256. They didn't fix or do anything! They tried to scare me by saying the backflow needed to be replaced, everything was bad and that a whole new sprinkler system for the front and back yard would be necessary. The grass is GREEN. Why would a new sprinkler system be necessary? They're out to get you. Steer clear of these folks unless you want to pay for absolutely nothing.
