I called Landpro at the beginning of June to have my tractor and trimmer serviced.  I was told it would be middle of June when they could get to it.  Today, June 15, I called to get an update on the pick up of my equipment, and I was told it won't be until sometime in July before they can get to it.  The man proceeded to count how many people were ahead of me, and after #17, I stopped him.  I told the man it sounded like I wasn't added to the service list if there are that many people ahead of me.  He said I was on the list but they are having a difficult time getting parts so they are really backed up. He then proceeded to tell me they couldn't pick up my tractor and trimmer anyway because they don't have any deliveries in or near Brookville, so that may push me back even further on the list. What?!?!  If you provide pick up/drop off service that I will pay for, why do I have to wait for you to have something that needs delivered in my area before you will even come get my equipment?  Brookville is only 18 miles from Fairmount City!  You act like driving to Brookville is an all day event!  Unacceptable and unprofessional!

I had a very good experience with the people. They answered my questions and did excellent work on my machine.
