We have used LandCare at our HOA for over a year and a half. They came highly recommended. Property was old when they started here and now it looks dead. No conversation between LandCare and our Management company on how to improve old irrigation system - and sprinklers that are in high traffic areas - constantly being broken by residents- for improvement. They advised a Spring Sprinkler Audit. One broken head ran off for over a month causing water runoff and they refused to come out to fix it. I ended up fixing - 5 minutes for months of water wasting. Think twice before using LandCare.
