Hard to even give 1-star. Setup an appointment for Thursday. They didn't show up and didn't call. When I called them, they said it was due to the weather and they would definitely be there Friday. Friday came and went without them showing up. Again, I called and was told they would be there first thing on Saturday morning. I was also told to mail my payment and consider them for future work. Fat chance! Saturday afternoon, still a no-show. I called and was told they weren't coming out because I wasn't a reoccurring customer. I lost it! How can you be a reoccurring customer if they never show up for the first appointment? I would never, ever consider this company! Not that it matters much, but I found it odd that the person who contacted me had a voicemail box setup in Spanish only. That just added to my frustration.

Mr. Johnston, we were unable to confirm that this appointment was ever set up. I apologize that you had an awful experience but I am curious if there is another LandCare company that you were speaking with. I suppose it is also possible that one of our employees was misleading you into performing side work that is not sanctioned by our company. TERRIBLE GROUNDS KEEPERS THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MY HOME LOOKS 10X WORST WHEN THEY WERE DONE. APPARENTLY THEY CANT MANAGE TO SIMPLY CLEAN UP AFTER THEM SELVES WHEN CUTTING THE GRASS, ITS NOT THE HARD TO USE A BLOWER WHEN FINISHED. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED.
