  I have never heard anything good about this store. I have been in business here for over 35 years and the quality of service is like a roller coaster. I bought two stand on aerators from this outlet and last year during the busiest season I broke a chain. It takes about 15 minutes to put another chain on the unit but they kept my equipment for a month claiming they didn't have a chain but I made sure that they had the chain before I left my equipment. It's horrible. Forget they exist and try some place else. It's not worth the hassle.

  I recently had an issue with my Stihl leaf blower. First one in almost 5 yrs of several times a week use year round. After the team diagnosed my problem, the part was ordered and they removed and replaced the part free of charge.a few days later I returned for same problem only to realize my whole pull start assembly was badly worn. As we were discussing options, Kim, arrives from the back with her personal use, used assembly she uses for repairs. She tells me, this fits fine, so i asked how much for it. Take it, and have a great day was her reply!! You just don't get service like that today!! Thank you team, and thank you Kim.

  I dont want to put people down, but alot of the times, it seems like they dont have their Sh!t together, unfortunately I live in North Suffolk and it's the only one that's close enough, I dont want to even get into, having to leave equipment there to work on, but too the point, there is one in VA beach, only been there a few times, but that L@C is alot better.
