For three years running, Land-Art and Cecil provide fantastic service. Also, Marty came out to diagnose a problem during the summer and reassured me all would be fine. It was fine with time, as he said. My lawn looks better each year. With this service level and response to my concerns, I will be a long time customer.

Land-Art has done an amazing job on my yard in my first year with them! My yard has often gotten some difficult diseases and I tend to get pretty high maintenance and worried about it. It's why I put a tremendous amount of work into it as most of my neighbors know, but my applicator Chris did a great job handling it all. Thank you Chris and thank you Marty for fielding all my questions and helping me through a summer that had so many strange weather conditions. I am so glad I switched to you guys and look forward to continuing my lawn services with you.

Update 12/15/2019 The owner mailed me a check for the past year's services, along with a letter that did include a threat from a "Corporate attorney". In my mind this matter is closed the owner made it right ( in a weird way) and I've accepted the check. I do not recommend this company! Here is why 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 I had to cancel my account today I just wasn't happy anymore. I was going to cancel last fall after they failed to perform a service to my lawn ( aeration). Come spring the tech just showed up and started performing the service even though I had asked for no service until the core aeration was finished. I spoke with Tom to which he advised me this was to late in the spring to do and would be done this fall if I stayed on they would perform the service I needed. I held my part of the end paying for useless feedings when it was not making it to my lawns roots. With that being said make sure you check your statement to see the remarks, if they performed your service but then left a note saying you had heavy thatch and recommended core aeration then that service was a useless waste of money. I feel if my lawn had a thatch issue you should not perform the service until you have spoken with the customer before hand to let them know and not after the $35 service. Spoke with the owner who seemed pleasant however it was too little 2 late, as he contacted me only after I canceled. I paid for a full year of service and it was a waste of my time and money and I had the absolute worst lawn of the neighborhood.

I know you have been a happy customer in years prior, we have appreciated you as a customer and we apologize for letting you down this year. I know you were not properly called ahead in the spring to service your backyard which we apologize for. We also apologize for not getting an aeration properly scheduled for you. Being told to wait for fall would have been a recommendation due to the discussion of overseeding with the aeration as well. These issue have all just come to light when you skipped our final application and cancelled service yesterday. We look forward to being able to work with you towards a resolution and help you improve your lawn.
