The LandArt team designed and implemented a full renovation of our outdoor space including new stone stairs and entry way, swimming pool, hot tub, kitchen area and pergola. It was an extensive project that proceeded flawlessly. The design and space are beautiful and the focal point for all of the family's outdoor entertainment. We couldn't be happier.

The LandArt team is simply amazing. If you are looking to transform your boring backyard into something special look no further. Clare and her team took our cookie cutter backyard (NoVA New Build) and seamlessly created a natural and private retreat that has and will continue to provide the perfect environment to create lifelong memories. (e.g. family BBQ's, Graduations and impromptu Firepit friendships just to name a few). Jimmy and a talented group of professionals didn't just execute the design, they improved upon it with years of experience and common sense suggestions. If you're looking for the cheapest option, don't call LandArt. But if you're looking for the best value option and a true partnership, LandArt is your answer.

Although the design is lovely, the actual execution has been a year of difficulty. We experienced all sorts of surprise cost overruns, and unfulfilled promises. When Clare says, "just trust me" our advice would be dont. You can end up with poorly installed product -- and no recourse for remedy. Better to get everything in writing -- every contingency that you can think of, because it could be used as a loop hole to shirk responsibility. We were hounded continually to pay bills even though milestones were not met. And when it comes to "customer service" you will be treated to a clown show of screaming and finger pointing with a sprinkling of "its not my job", but mostly silence for months on end as you wait for amongst other things, the cracked stone paver to be replaced.
