  Minus 100 ⭐️‘s if that were an option. My Craftsman riding mower was brought to this shop and left with specific instructions/detailed information, all of which were discarded. I never got a phone call to authorize any repairs or notification of what repairs needed to be made. The mower was repaired and a phone call was made (to someone other than myself, the owner) stating it was ready for pick up and a price. Once the shop was contacted and a discussion was had about the way this was handled, a second call was made to myself…this time stating there was a bit of confusion and they were about to give my lawnmower to someone else and vice versa. I was asked if mine was black or red on which I responded “gray”. I then had yet another conversation with Brad upon picking up the mower and was treated with disrespect, disregard, and a complete lack of accountability or responsibility for THEIR errors and lack of professionalism. These people really couldn’t care less, Im guessing business is THAT good? My original craftsman key to the mower was “lost”, he gave me another key and said “there, that’s a new key” (not mine, not a craftsman). I was pretty upset with the general lack of concern for customer service and the attitude upon which I was greeted. They really could CARE LESS about how they do business or if they even get any other business is the impression I was left with (amongst others). Couldn’t be more disappointed in an establishment located in such a well known city for hospitality. PLEASE THINK TWICE before doing business with these people. I will be reporting to the BBB as well!

  Brian and his team have repaired several of my small engine yard tools, including my pressure washer, lawn mower, and mosquito mister. They also tuned up my old John Deere lawnmower, put fresh blades on, and got her running in top shape. Each time they performed work, the pricing was very fair and the job was done well. They carry the entire Stihl line as well as other top brands such as eXmark. I would recommend them to anyone who needs lawn equipment repair or is looking to get something new (they take trade-ins!). Thanks for providing great service, Lake Carroll Lawn Equipment!

  Wide selection of lawn equipment. Also a decent selection of used parts at a reasonable price. We found the muffler for a used John Deere L111 we just got at a fraction of the cost of a new part. The part preforms as well as a new one.
