  Just wanted to express my disappointment in their face to face customer service. He was courteous when I called and asked about having a flower bed done for a mothers day gift, but when he actually saw the project his attitude changed. He was rude, saying "you're not going to like my price". He quoted us $1500! His tone and body language was basically saying "you're wasting my time". If that was the case, they should advertise that they only do big jobs.
