  Last year L & M did my yard they did a 4 out of 10 job on my yard. At the end of the year when they aerated my yard they went North and South and East and West with a machine that you would use on a 30000ft yard. " My yard is 1800 ft² tops" they totally tore up my yard. I did complain about it, not only to the office but to the gentleman that was here the next time he put Fertilizer on my yard. But they're saying that I never said anything about it to anyone. I hired another company to do my yard this year. but L&M said because I didn't cancel my service that they automatically showed up and I have to pay for the 1 time they showed up even though I didn't authorize them to do it. What if I was dead or I moved, then who's gonna pay for it? Bottom line is they need to get authorization before they come and do your yard ever year! I am going to file a complaint with my credit card company. Bottom line I would not recommend them to do your yard there are plenty of other companies out there that will take care of you when they mess up.

  The worst company, some workers are so good and does a good job, they have a guy Len he is awful, got to watch him does not spray your whole yard. I have cameras and watch, when confronted about not spraying everything he got very mean. Given them another try and will see how it goes. Just watch the lawn sprayer.

  We use L&M for lawn maintenance and they are reliable, professional and responsive. We haven’t had any issues with their service and I’d recommend them for the same service (lawn care). We had a bunch of weed and grass issues and the maintenance has worked very well.
