Needed to get my snow blower serviced. I also needed pickup and delivery since my vehicle isn't big enough to take it.

They did an excellent job at servicing and repairing it. The pickup and delivery was smooth and easy.

Would definitely recommend them!

I got very poor service. Communication needs to improve. They changed locations and buildings. Not one phone call I had to go track them down in a different area of city.

A great resource for any more core blower parts needed. They also sell the Opti-2 universal mix 2-stroke oil. It's really great oil, I have used it for years. Kryder's sells it in 1 and 2 gallon packages. Using it is really convenient, to have the universal mix and only one 2-stroke oil/gas can for everything using pre-mixed fuel.

Had to change my review and it's sad. I purchased a new Simplicity Regent on 11/1/19 with a deck, weights, chains and snow thrower attachment. They told me it would be about 3 weeks for the snow thrower to come in which was no problem. It got delivered in February of 2020 and no weights or chains have been ordered. Ive been told they are on backorder. Bottom line is they don't do as they say. They have taken my money but don't return calls or emails.

We have bought two mowers from here the first experience was fine, we had no issues with the mower. Our second brand new mower kept breaking. They took it last summer 2019 and had it for SIX weeks in the MIDDLE of summer! Fast forward to this summer 2020 the mower has the SAME issue, they never fixed it! We go back to tell them about the issue again. They said they’d pick it up Tuesday and have it back the very next day Wednesday, okay that’s great! Tuesday came they didn’t pick it up. They finally picked it up Wednesday around 5pm. We go in to see what the issue is on Saturday and the OWNER told us they haven’t even looked at it and “to look around at the store (which is torn apart) they were busy!!!!!!” They have very very poor customer service even from the OWNER himself! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!
