  Helpful staff. Nice showroom. They've always had the parts I've needed at a pretty fair price considering it would be a 30 mile drive to get them somewhere else.

  Very rude wouldn’t give me a price on my product that I took there to get fixed they said they don’t have time to give me a price I was going to take my go cart there to fix it but now I’m not got to find somewhere else to take it to it gets frustrated because u don’t know how much money u gonna nead to Pay for your stuff how hard is it to look and figure how much I owe u besides getting an attitude u just figure it up so I can pay u but obsivously not

  I bought a 128 ld weed eater that came with a two year warranty.i used the weed eater for a week and it locked up.i brought it back up to knights for a warranty replacement and to my surprise and two months later they said it was blown up due to fuel issues.i bought the mixing oil from them and the fuel from a local gas station not to mention iv been mixing 2 cycle for over 10 years needless to say I was very disappointed in there customer service and the way they handle there warrantys.i will never purchase another thing from them again it should have been made right and it was not.
