  I moved to Sedalia in November, needed a lawnmower for spring. Bought one from Kleins, seemed knowledgeable, had decent used riders and he offered a no hassle bumper to bumper warranty. I figured no one is going to stand behind any warranty on a used rider. Well, I took the mower back 6 or 7 times over the summer to find out why it wouldn’t run. I never got to mow my yard one whole time till today. I did not have to spend one dime for repairs. He loaned me a mower, paid me gas money and as a consolation he put new blades on it. This company believes in customer satisfaction. He has my business for the rest of my mowing years.

  Very good owner John.He helped me any time I go there for my lawnmower needs. Purchased y BadBoy mower there for great price.Would strongly recommend to go there for any lawnmower needs.

  Definitely would NOT recommend taking anything here. Takes forever to fix something if he even fixes it. And don't ever expect to get a call back from them, because they won't do that either. It doesn't even deserve the one star I gave them.
