  Mower service was fine/quick, customer service/treatment is worst dealt with in a long time. Lawn mower was picked up for a belt replacement and the repair went fine. Lawn mower began to leak gas all over garage immediately after it was dropped off. Was told by representative after drop off (with witnesses to the conversation) that lawn mower was working fine, and that it was “driven off the trailer when dropped off”. Ring doorbell shows that it was pushed off trailer and not driven at all. When called to mention new leak, and ask about the discrepancy in the drop off, owner became very very defensive and mentioned “I fix the mower once and suddenly I’m married to it all summer?”. Didn’t accuse, initially, of them having anything to do with the new leak and had originally called to see if they noticed it leaking at all during time of service. Couldn’t get that in because owner said right after mentioning the leak “and that applies to me how?”. Advice for customer service: maybe before becoming hostel let the customer state the whole reason for calling.

  I had a cable on my snowblower snap so I brought my snowblower in to KK lawn and sport in Oregon, WI. At the time I was told that it would be about a week to get done which I was fine with. Much to my surprise I received a call only two days after I brought it in; they had fixed it because they realized that I would probably need it for a major snowstorm that was coming up that weekend. Man that was service and SO thoughtful I wanted to share my experience. These guys are top notch and I know that I will be coming back to them for my snowblower and hopefully Lawnmower needs!

  I stopped in just as they were closing on a Saturday. I had a few questions about my lawnmower that would not start. Luke spent about 25 minutes with me talking about my lawnmower even after the store was closed. He then offered to come over to my house and help me out with it because my house is only about a mile from the shop. In about five minutes he had my lawnmower running like a top. He then looked over my whole mower and pointed out a few things that needed attention and said that he would be able to come pick the mower up in a week or so, transport it back to his shop, make all of the repairs, and return it to my house. This is the kind of small town service that most companies strive to provide but fall short of. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs not only service but also a place to buy a good mower. There’s no doubt in my mind that these guys stand behind their work and take great care of all of their customers.
