Requested a quote for an outdoor space at my home. Emily was a little late but pleasant. We discussed my project and she said I would receive a quote by the end of the week. It didnt arrive. I called the following week and was told that I would receive it by a certain date. Didnt receive the quote on that date. Eventually received the quote but the quote wasn't accurate. I asked for blocks and receive a plan with pavers. I emailed back about the discrepancy. After a few days Emily emailed to call to discuss but not between 1-2. I called immediately at 12:45. No answer. Sent an email that i called. No response. I called the office twice more, but the calls could not go to voice mail because it was full.

Hi David, We are sorry about your experience. This is our busiest time of year and free design estimates get very backed up. Our priority is to ensure that each estimate, even if free is completely accurate and above par for industry free estimates. This requires our designer to take valuable time with each design request. We work through each estimate with special care and hope that you understand. This sometimes means that it does not come quickly. I understand that you believe the quote was not accurate. Our quotes are quite detailed (usually with multiple options) which is why we normally do in person proposals to walk through estimates. You requested the proposal be sent via email. This is outside of our protocol, and unfortunately this is what happens. There are lots of questions that are hard to answer over email communication in an immediate manner. After reviewing the communication history with Emily it appears you misunderstood what was said in her email for a call back time. She said to not call between 12-1 because she is at lunch during this time and you called at 12:45(in the middle of the lunch period). Please know that all of our sales staff serve multiple roles and are in and out of the office at multiple times, so if it is an urgent matter we encourage calls to our customer service line. Customer service will always answer the phone during business hours and can help to elevate any urgent matters to individual staff members. My company was hired to mow commercial properties in Kentucky. After not paying us on time for 3 months we stopped doing service for them. Our last month was October of 2021 and they have yet to pay us for our last month of service. This is a company who doesn’t care about the small businesses that keep their company running.
