  Bill and his son who run this shop are running a scam shop. Kipps ruined my BR-800xr Backpack blower. Kipps should not be a Stihl Dealer. I dropped off my blower in perfect working condition just needed a seasonal tuneup. Kipps gave me my blower back in pieces with screws and nuts in a plastic bag and leaking fuel all over the floor. After I asked for my refund bill the owner called the police on me and tried to have me trespassed. Lisle police officers informed Bill that he can’t trespass a paying customer. Bill lied to the police and wasted their time. Do not bring any equipment here they will ruin your equipment or charge you for parts that you don’t need. This place needs to be put out of business.

  Don’t bring any equipment into Kipps for any repairs. My brother brought his blower he used for a year in for a seasonal tuneup and they completely destroyed it. It had no issues before he brought it in after they were done it had trouble starting and had no power. They will make you wait over a month with no communication on when your equipment will be done. Bill and his son are scam artists trying to take everyone’s money. After 2 months of “waiting for parts”he got the blower back in pieces.

  STAY AWAY! SCAM! My husband took his backpack blower in for a SEASONAL TUNE UP just for Dan and Bill to completely destroy it. He brought the blower in complete together and working. He got his blower back in pieces, leaking fluid, and completely unworkable. They told him that they were “waiting on a part” after a month of having it! These people have no idea what they are doing and will completely waist your time and money. The absolute worst part of this is that they called the police on his for asking for a refund. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from here unless you want your machine to come back broken and in worse condition then what you brought it in as.
