  I hired this company because my gardener recommended them, initially they were cordial and good. My house has cameras in front and back because I like to think I am more safe. But because of this cameras I have the opportunity to see when they are coming to cut the grass, or left packages etc. The first time the company sent me an email saying that they went, my pitbul dog was outside and my cameras never detected anybody. I called them and they said the technician made a mistake because was a first time, they offer a free treatment and a manager to come “again” and do the job. Was ok. This week they let me know the second application was going to be this week, well this time a sir ring the bell, let the bill and left. But my cameras in front and back yard did not detected nobody. I called and they said “the cameras sometimes did not show all the activity or the areas” but that is not true, I can see even my gardener cleaning my dog wasting when is not his job. Then, I was not looking to not pay, but why pay for something that was not done. They said that his technician monitor shows he was in my address for 20 minutes yes, he could be there sitting in his car, because in my yard he was not.

  We have been using King Green since June of last year for lawn care and mosquito control. We could not be more pleased with how professional and kind the company and technicians are. A huge plus is they always give courtesy texts before coming out and will let us know that they have been to our house. My favorite thing though, is that we were finally able to enjoy the backyard with cookouts and baseball because of how well the mosquito treatment worked. Wish we would have done it sooner. Would highly recommend.

  I called King Green last summer because my yard was covered up in dove weed and chamberbitter. It was a mess. They told me I needed to kill it all and start over. So I paid them to do that. I also paid for all their treatments and over the winter and during the early spring, my yard looked pretty good. It had some weeds, but overall it was green and grassy. Then in early summer, the dove weed and chamberbitter returned. I called to let them know that they were just starting to show up and they sent someone out to put lime on my yard and left a bill on my door. The lime didn't help and now the weeds are everywhere again. I don't think they ever intended to kill the weeds they said they would kill. I called to cancel my service and they offered to come out and retreat my lawn. I don't need any more lime. I don't think they ever intended to get rid of my weeds. They just wanted me to pay until I realized that whatever they were doing was never going to help my problem. Now I have wasted over $1000 and a year and my lawn looks worse than it did when they started. I've got some great pictures of a chamberbitter lawn to show for the time and money I wasted with King Green. Update: I appreciate that King Green's offer to make things right, but I wish they had acted on my calls and texts before my lawn was entirely covered in weeds. I'm going back to doing it myself. It probably won't look any better but it won't cost as much and my expectations will be lower. I didn't need to waste a year of treatments for the lawn in this picture.
