Just canceled at 15 year account because the service has been going downhill for years. When I reached out about my backyard looking horrible I was told they would notate it on my account to be fixed. Why would it have to be notated on my account? Isn't it already what I'm paying you for? Is it extra to tell you to include the backyard? After reading some reviews I realized it was an ongoing issue with multiple customers and decided to try a new company that another reviewer recommended. Within an hour of cancelling a representative from the new company already came and quoted me. That's the 15 year level service i expected, not new customer. It was also a better deal with more features.

We pulled up the conversation you had with one of our representatives via text message last week. We see that you sent a picture of your backyard asking if weed control was included in the treatments. Our representative responded letting you know that weed control is included in your program, and she said she would add a service call for someone to come out, which she promptly did. We were in the process of getting someone out there to treat the weeds for you when you decided to cancel service. We genuinely care about our customers and strive to provide excellent customer service. We are sorry that you were not happy with our services. Was a customer for 10+ years. Last 3-5 years, each year lawn got worse. Been a ghost account; auto-bill pay to just receive a sign in the yard. Wanted to be loyal and hoped it would improve, but can’t even get a service call to help mitigate the spread of weeds. Attached photos is what our yard looks like after 10+ years of King Green and a emergency service call on two weeks ago. Our King Green managed yard is like an arboretum for weeds. Called Massey GreenUP Landscape Services and they were over next morning fixing the years of neglect of King Green. They were amazed we had an company servicing our yard due to the neglect. King Green replied they will have a manager call us, but that is to just save face online. We never received a call.

I have been usi g King Green for around 3 years All was well until they stopped treating my back yard and now have been ghosted. They will not respond to my emails. The front lawn looks great but the back is full of weeds. I will be switching my service. I told them so and they don't seem to care
