  disappointed after years of using this company in their employees lack of professionalism. Asked simply to coordinate a time for spraying when our lab puppy would not be in the yard as well as requested to use a certain gate when entering the backyard due to one of our gates being broken and was rudely told by the employee that "I was asking a lot". Also scheduled this service the week before when I was out of town and it was not completed then. Definitely need to educate their employees on better customer service!
